THE ZONE
Ozone is a non-profit, non-denominational, Christian youth ministry that runs parallel with the ministry of Camp Ozark. Ozone is not just another youth group, it is a relational, spiritual growth program with the primary aim of helping young people deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ and deal with the difficult choices that exist in our culture in a positive way. Camp Ozark lays the groundwork for a solid spiritual walk and making good decisions. Through Ozone, Camp Ozark campers and their friends, have the support and accountability to live what they have learned, and to build on the foundation already in place.
Currently, Ozone Ministries is operating in Dallas, Houston, Lafayette, Baton Rouge and Northwest Arkansas. Click here to visit the Ozone Ministries website.
THE VISION
Under the leadership of at least one full-time staff member, a Board of Directors, and a team of volunteers, every Ozone team will provide a loving support group of mature Christian influences who will work alongside parents to help junior and senior high kids grow in their relationship with Christ by giving them a solid foundation of faith and the courage to live it out. Through weekly, quality, large and small-group meetings, and regular events, outings, and personal contacts, the Ozone staff will provide upbeat, wholesome, Christian role models who will meet kids where they are in their spiritual journey, and build lasting relationships based on love, trust, and the commitment to be a part of their daily lives. Our vision is to help young people to be spiritual and moral leaders in society.
